Who are you?

Rick Percoco has been doing real estate appraisals and forestry for well over thirty years in the Hudson Valley. The start was in the Catskills (Catskill Real Estate Appraisals, Acorn Forestry), then Landforms, a real estate brokerage / forestry consulting / appraisal company, and now in the Capital District. Rick is generally certified in NY and VT, qualified for State Supreme Court and federal bankruptcy court as an expert witness, a Certified Forester (CF), and earned the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation. After 30 years as the appraiser for Farm Credit East in the Greenwich office, he has retired from there and is on his own terms.

Melissa is the Office Manager, budding appraiser, and retired from teaching after 35 years K-12. Happy to be the "woman behind the scenes" of Chestnut Appraisals.
